PatronWifi gives you an additional metric to understand your audience - their usage of the facilities in your venue.

This can help you to understand casual users of your venue - users who don't have a ticket. This may be because you're offering unticketed, public access exhibitions or events, or because you have usage of your bar, cafe or public areas independently of your ticketed events.

PatronWifi can help you to understand this usage, by capturing marketing details of patrons who are using your venue wifi, and therefore static within the venue, but who may not be ticketed patrons.

PatronWifi gives you a range of options to control access to your public wifi, according to the value to you and your audience.

You could choose to offer wifi free of charge, either for a short period per day, or 24/7, with patrons simply providing you with a name and email address. Or you could choose to collect additional information such as a mobile number, social media details or date of birth, to aid your marketing or engagement activity.
